Legal notice and personal data

Maille & Lien is a FICTIONAL association created for a CrossDev Consulting demo. The information below shows what a real organisation would publish.

Legal notice

Publisher: Maille & Lien, not-for-profit association (fictional), 3 allée des Mailles, 72000 Le Mans, France (fictional address). SIRET 000 000 000 00000 (fictional). Département authorisation no. 0000 (fictional).

Design and build: CrossDev Consulting, as a demo. Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Personal data

This demo site sends NO data: the “Request a call back” and “Apply” forms stop in your browser, and any CV is never transmitted.

On a real site, the call-back details (who for, town, time slot, name, phone) would only be used to call you back and kept for 1 year if not followed up; application details (name, contact, job, availability, CV) would be kept for 2 years after the last contact. No health data is requested online: it belongs in a spoken conversation and a protected file.

You could access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@maille-et-lien.example, and contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr) if needed.

Cookies

No audience measurement or advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Fonts are served by the site itself.

Only three settings cookies may be set, and only if you agree to remember your choice: “theme” (light or dark), “contraste” (high or normal), “taille-texte” (large or extra large), for 1 year.

Accessibility

The site aims for WCAG 2.2 level AA: full keyboard navigation, checked contrasts, written alternative text, adjustable text size (“Larger text” button and settings bar), high contrast, dark theme, reduced motion respected.

Automated checks (axe-core) only find some issues: a manual audit with users would still be needed for a real site.

The team portraits were generated by artificial intelligence (deevid.ai, GPT Image 2 model) for the demo: they do not depict any real person, and the first names, roles and quotes are made up.
